SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping on all hats.

Pick-up from Kimmo Halme Atelier Showroom may be chosen as a delivery method.

PRICES AND POSTAGE

We use Finnish postal service for domestic shipping.

On international orders we use Fedex for deliveries.

Prices are in euros and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT). International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. Kimmo Halme reserves the right to change the prices.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Our estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks, due to the fact that we make every hat by hand and to order. We do our very best to keep that timeline, but sometimes it is simply not possible. If you have a special request for the shipping schedule, or need a more defined date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa and Master Card, Visa Electron and Debit cards. 

PRIVACY

We won’t provide any third party with your private data.

PRODUCT coloUrs

We try our hardest to ensure the colours in our photos are as accurate as possible. Please note that colours may differ due to differences in screens and devices.

APPLICABLE LAW

This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

RETURNS

All brim hats are made to order on customer measurements and for that reason it is not possible to return orders. All of our hats are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.

For Return and Exchange of caps and shearling aviator hats we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods. In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.

Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the headwear will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
